Hotel room rate is $127.00 per night (+ taxes) and will be honored 2 days before and 2 days after the convention dates, if you choose to spend more time in Lexington.
There are two ways to book your convention hotel room:
1) Contact The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton directly at 1-800-262-3774. If you need a special type of room, it is best to call. To receive this special rate, mention your dates and that you are with the International Willow Collectors, as it benefits you and the club.
2) Use this online link. Additional directions follow.
1) Near the top, today's date will appear in red. Click on it and a calendar will pop up. Select the dates of the first and last dates you want to book. The first date is your first night stay, your last date is your checkout day. Our special rates are valid from July 8 through July 16, 2024.
2) Click the "Check Rooms & Rates" button
3) Under "Select a Room" there will a few options. Select "Special Rates"
4) Find the Group Code box and enter ITL
5) Click "Update"
Our group page will appear and you can continue making your reservation.
Reserving your stay does not register you for the convention.
