Hotel room rate is $132.00 per night (+ taxes) and will be honored 2 days before and 2 days after the convention dates, if you choose to spend more time in Lexington.
There are two ways to book your convention hotel room:
1) Contact The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton directly at 1-800-319-7298. If you need a special type of room, it is best to call. To receive this special rate, mention your dates and that you are with the International Willow Collectors, as it benefits you and the club.
2) Use this online link. Additional directions follow.
1) Select the dates of your block, for example, July 7 - July 12, 2026 if you arriving Tuesday, staying five nights and checking out Sunday morning.
2) Adjust the "1 room 1 guest" button if you have another person in the room or need two rooms.
3) Click on “Special Rates” and enter “90F" in the "Group Code box” then click "Done."
4) Click "Check Rooms and Rates"
Our group page will appear and you can continue making your reservation. DON'T PANIC when it says "2024 Annual convention rates." These are the right prices for 2026!
You can also reserve a room by calling the hotel reservation line at 1-800-319-7298. Remember, the Group Code is 90F
Reserving your stay does not register you for the convention.
